3. Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care to keep the rates, thresholds and assumptions used by our calculators (for example, income tax bands, Stamp Duty thresholds, and interest rate defaults) up to date and aligned with published UK rules for the current tax year. However, tax rules, lending criteria and interest rates change, calculators rely on simplified assumptions, and errors can occur.
