This kit is to be used in conjunction with your Irrigatia C-12 or C-24 Solar Automatic Watering Systems. The seep hose extension kit can be used in two ways: 1. Up to 1 metre of seep hose can be pushed onto the drippers supplied with the main unit. A stopper should be put in the other end and stakes can be used to hold it in position. This arrangement can be used to spread water over a larger area than the dripper alone and is useful for large pots or baskets, germinating short rows of seedlings or burying the roots of valuable plants to aid establishment. Drippers can be used at different heights, but the individual lengths of seep hose must be kept level. 2. The connectors provided can be used to connect up to 6 metres of seep hose to your C-12 or C-24 pump. The seep hose must be kept level and can be staked into position – this is useful for beds and rows of vegetables. Dripper Extension Kit – ideal for greenhouses The Irrigatia 12 Dripper Extension Kit drips water up to 5 metres above the water source! This durable extension kit allows you to double the number of drippers being supplied by your SOL-C12 or SOL-C24 Solar Automatic Watering Systems. It includes everything you require to irrigate up to 24 pots in total – 15 metres of tube and 12 drippers, stakes & ’T’ pieces. This extension kits is great for growing vegetables in your greenhouse and will prevent any under or over watering during the warmer summer months. When using 24 drippers then all the dripper heights should be within 2 metres of each other. Please note that adding more than 12 drippers to the C-12 reduces the amount of water supplied to each dripper. Micro-Porous Hose Kit – perfect for flower beds The Irrigatia Micro-Porous Hose Kit is ideal for small to medium gardens or allotments and can water up to 25 metres. Quick and easy to set up, this extension kit connects directly to the outlet tube from the control unit and can be laid in up to a single 25 metre length. Water seeps evenly along the length of the hose during watering sessions giving your plants an even amount of water without saturating them. Micro-porous hose is used instead of drippers – each 1 metre length uses 1 Irrigation Unit – however, drippers can be on the same system; for example, a C-24 can use 12 drippers and 12 metres of micro-porous hose. This durable, heavy duty hose had a Dupont Tyvek internal core and protective jacket and your kit includes – 25 metres of micro-porous hose, two adapters, two connectors, two lengths connector pipe, two ‘O’ rings, two cable ties, six stakes. To use the full 25 metres you will need to install this with the C-24 model. Vertical Picture Garden – a lovely addition to any wall The Irrigatia Vertical Picture Garden is a modular vertical gardening system featuring an attractive treated wooden frame of 600mm x 900mm (2ft x 3ft). This green wall includes four rows of planting with a total of 16 removable pots, and a drainage capture trough to prevent water wastage and mess. The Vertical Picture Garden can be used with both Irrigatia C-12 and C-24 Solar Automatic Watering Systems, as well as other watering and irrigation systems.
