Gentle pedalling exercise at the required resistance level using either the arms or legs will help to restore muscle strength, improve coordination and increase circulation to upper and lower body areas post-accident or injury. The pedal exerciser is often recommended for arthritis sufferers as it allows the user to keep affected areas moving in a gentle and manageable way.

Place either on the floor or on a raised surface (e.g. office desk) and fold out the legs safely locking them in place. After use, simply fold down and store away. The 66fit pedal exerciser features variable resistance levels allowing the user to take control of how much effort is required.
To adjust the level of resistance (effort required) simply turn the tension dial to the right to tighten and increase resistance and to the left to loosen and decrease the resistance level. As your rehabilitation progresses the resistance levels can be increased accordingly. To turn on the display, simply press the red button or start pedalling. The display automatically shuts off after 4 minutes of inactivity. All of the display functions are activated as soon as you begin pedalling and pause when you stop. To toggle between them, press the red button until the arrow points to the desired function.
As resistance is increased, or when used for sustained periods, the pedal housing and pedal crank may become warm.
